I’ve always been drawn to understanding why people behave the way they do. That curiosity, grounded in the intersection of psychology, culture, and data, is what drew me to marketing.
And it's that same curiosity that continues to shape how I approach strategy, storytelling, and growth today.
I’m Olivia Parker, a marketing and analytics leader with a background in brand strategy, research, and performance marketing.
Over the last decade, I’ve helped teams uncover insights, refine direction, and build campaigns and programs that balance creativity with accountability. I’ve worked with global brands and growing organizations alike, often serving as the bridge between data, strategy, and execution.
No matter the project, my goal is to lead with curiosity, structure, and collaboration. From dashboards and research to messaging, campaigns, and user journeys, I am always focused on building work that’s thoughtful, grounded, and deeply considered. I believe the strongest ideas come from truly understanding people, and that’s what allows the work to not just perform, but actually resonate.

Outside of work, I am passionately committed to seeing the world, serving and volunteering on the southside of Chicago, and reading all the sci-fi novels I can get my hands on.
